Ingredients
3 - 8 oz. pkg cream cheese (softened)
1 - 16 oz sour cream
1/2 lime juice
1 small onion (quartered)
2 or 3 jalapenos (depending on how hot you want them)
1/2 cup bacon bits
Bill's Season All
burrito size tortillas (14 -16)

Preparation
In a food processor add onion and jalapenos (cut in half and de-seeded) and pulse until fine. Add bacon bits and pulse until mixed. Add softened cream cheese and mix well. Add lime juice, sour cream and Bill's Season All to taste. Mix well. With spatula spread on tortillas fairly thick (so that you can roll it up without it coming out). Roll tortillas up rather loosely then flatten and work it around so that the mix is out to the edge of tortilla. Wipe off any excess. Refrigerate overnight in airtight bag. Cut into slices about one to two inches wide.
